2016年到中越採訪時，曾造訪峰牙己榜國家公園(Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park)，對當地的石灰岩地形、鐘乳石洞穴以及田園景色留下深刻印象。那時在國家公園只待了短短半天，吃個午餐，再到峰牙洞(Phong Nha Cave)參觀就離開了。這次自助旅行特別安排在峰牙住了三晚，其中一天參加天堂洞＋黑洞一日遊，好好欣賞這裡的自然風光。
峰牙己榜國家公園內有超過300個洞穴，有適合觀光客、全家大小同行的0.5~2天行程，也有不同難度(Level 2~6)的1~4天探險行程。像世界最大的韓松洞(Hang Son Doong) 就屬於Level 6 最難等級，只能透過Oxalis Adventure報名，4天3夜的行程要價USD$3,000。有興趣的朋友，可以看看國家地理雜誌製作的360度體驗，一窺韓松洞的神秘面貌。
最經典的峰牙洞(Phong Nha Cave)、天堂洞(Paradise Cave)、黑洞(Dark Cave) 都是半天行程，可以三選二合併成一天的行程。
因為上次已經去過峰牙洞 (風雅洞)，這次只打算去天堂洞跟黑洞。如果自己租機車去的話，門票＋租車費＋油錢＋停車費大約是VND85萬。參團有小巴接送，可以在車裡吹冷氣，到天堂洞有電動車接駁，還有午餐跟導遊，價差VND50萬左右。
考慮到這次是一個人的旅行，後面行程還很多天，以安全為重，所以參加了Phong Nha Discovery Tours的天堂洞＋黑洞一日遊。
Paradise Cave＋Dark Cave day tour
Price：VND 135萬 or USD$60 (約1800台幣)
Tour Included：天堂洞門票(VND25萬)、天堂洞電動車(VND2.5萬)、黑洞門票(VND45萬)、午餐、瓶裝水、交通、導遊以及保險。
Day tour包含免費的飯店接送，如果住在離峰牙45公里的洞海(Dong Hoi) ，pick up時間是 7:45~8:00，住在峰牙村則是8:45~9:00。
從峰牙村到天堂洞大約20多公里，車程40分鐘，中間在Botanic Garden短暫停留半個小時。
峰牙植物園 Phong Nha Botanic Garden
開放時間：
(November~March) 7:30~17:00 / (April~October) 7:30~17:30
門票：
Route ① 2.5公里 VND 40,000
Route ② 5公里 VND 80,000 (需參團或有導遊陪同)
Botanic Garden面積超過40公頃，有超過500種的植物，裡面有展示中心、洞穴，也有瀑布、水潭可以游泳、玩水。園方設計了2.5公里跟5公里兩條路線，前者大約需要2-3小時，後者則必須參團或有導遊陪同才能走。
這裡跟我想像中的植物園很不一樣，是非常原始的叢林。走一小段路之後，看到猴子跟孔雀被關在鐵網裡，感覺不大好。
開屏的藍孔雀羽毛非常漂亮，但被關在這麼小的空間裡，真的好可憐。
剛開始的路蠻好走的，還有涼亭可以休息。
再往後走就比較原始，有時還得跨過大岩石，真佩服穿夾腳拖走這種路的人。
因為時間有限，我們只走到Wind Waterfall (Gio Waterfall)上方的觀景台就折返了。如果走到瀑布底部再折返的話，大約要1小時的時間。
觀景台看出去的景色。
從google map 的空拍圖可以看到Botanic Garden和Wind Waterfall的樣貌，真的很原始，不像台北的植物園有植物的解說，路也不是那麼好走，有點初級登山的感覺，比較適合喜歡健行的人。
天堂洞 Paradise Cave
開放時間：
(Summer) 7:00~16:30 / (Winter) 7:30~16:00
門票：
VND 250,000 (110~130cm兒童半價)
將近10點半，我們抵達天堂洞，停車場旁邊有幾間小店，賣些衣服、帽子、包包、紀念品。
入口處。
門票是可感應的硬卡。
從驗票口到天堂洞的山腳，大概1.6公里，步行約20分鐘。
懶得走的話，可以選擇搭電動接駁車，車子分為4人座、6人座、8人座、14人座，價格是單程1.5萬/人，來回2.5萬/人。不過因為是以車計價，如果沒跟團又只有一個人，就得付整車的費用。
這段路平坦好走，大部分都有遮蔭，不少人選擇用走的。
我們搭接駁車，一下子就到了。
從山腳到天堂洞的洞口，是一路往上的階梯，我們這團幾乎都是歐美年輕人，走超快，一下子就不見蹤影。只有一對老夫妻、一個帶小朋友的媽媽和我走在後面。
因為每走一段就停下來喘口氣，剛好看到樹上的花栗鼠寶寶。
真是超迷你的。
花了11分鐘，終於抵達洞口前的休息區。這裡有賣飲料、冰淇淋，如果自己來的話，可以在這邊稍微休息，不用趕著進洞穴參觀。
天堂洞(Thien Duong Cave) 在2005年被當地一個農夫發現，之後由英國洞穴研究聯盟 (British Cave Research Association) 進入探勘，深入到31.4公里，2010年才正式對外開放。
一般遊客買了門票，只能參觀前一公里鋪設木棧道的部分。前幾年開放了需要游泳/乘船涉水的7公里探險行程，直接上官網報名的價格是VND200萬 (約台幣2700元)，透過旅行社訂購的話多了飯店接送，價格就高些，要VND250萬。
休息區有一張天堂洞的導覽圖，標示出石灰岩洞前一公里ㄧ些重要的景點。
我們有一個小時的時間可以參觀，準備進入天堂洞了。
因為洞口狹小，排隊進入時又被前面的人擋住看不到洞穴內的景色，直到多走下幾階木梯後，才發現這個洞超級大。
走下長長的木梯來到天堂洞的底部，從這裡往回看，實在太壯觀了，有如異世界一般。
木棧道規劃得很好，加上洞內20度上下的氣溫，走起來非常舒服，不會溼滑難走。
天堂洞內有各種型態的鐘乳石、石筍、石柱、石簾、石瀑、石鰭板、鐘乳水滴石群，看的讓人歎為觀止。
長得像被拉長的松果的石筍。
洞穴高40~100米，寬30~150米，比峰牙洞大很多。如果有計劃參觀峰牙洞，建議把天堂洞放在後面，因為天堂洞實在太美了！
不像有些石灰岩洞打著五顏六色的燈光，天堂洞裡到處都打著白光，讓人可以欣賞溶洞以及鐘乳石天然的顏色，這點我很喜歡。
鐘乳石生長的速度非常慢，要幾千萬年才能形成這麼多奇形怪狀的地質景觀啊？
下面這張照片我覺得看起來像是一隻張著嘴的恐龍準備跳出來，也像彎著鼻子的大象頭，好神奇啊！
一階一階的石灰華階地（Travertine terrace）很像梯田，連著上方的鐘乳石一起看，又有點像巨人的腳。
以一般大眾能到達，觀光客等級的石灰岩洞來說，天堂洞真的很美。但看了Yvonne五天造訪峰牙六個洞穴的文章，我覺得1~3天的探險行程，能夠體驗到更多。如果平時有運動，體力不錯的話，建議直接挑戰7公里的天堂洞探險行程。
參觀完天堂洞後，我沒有原路下山。因為下樓梯時膝蓋要承受體重好幾倍的重量，對於膝蓋不好的我負擔太大，所以改走較平緩但距離較遠的路。
大部分遊客都走階梯上下山，走緩坡下山沒碰到幾個人，比走階梯輕鬆許多，時間也沒慢多少(下山約15分鐘)。
在候車處等待電動接駁車，接著就要到黑洞Dark Cave 吃午餐，然後挑戰有空中滑索＋泥漿浴的黑洞了。

我拿 19 種放大與降噪方法跑同一批素材，對照沒被破壞過的原始檔算 PSNR。在高 ISO 雜訊這一類上，一個 4.4MB 的 AI 降噪模型比零下載的傳統訊號處理方法低了大約 5 dB（10 個素材，31.9 對 37.2）。原因是模型不是在還原細節，是在生成看起來合理的紋理，而鐘乳石那種不規則表面最容易被抹成塑膠感。
另外標著「銳化」的選項要小心：我測的四個選項裡有兩個，輸出比它自己的輸入還要軟（7 個素材裡分別是 6 個和 7 個）。
實務上的順序建議是：能拍 RAW 就拍 RAW，這一步比換任何工具都有用；回來先降噪，需要放大再放大，最後才微調銳度。
